\u2018Paulus ondervond veel tegenstand.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

Uiteindelijk is God het, die alles in Zijn hand heeft. Hij zal <\/span>
\n doen wat Hij beloofde. Hij is bij machte, veel meer te doen<\/span>
\n dan wij verzoeken of bidden. Wat wij bidden is niet maat-<\/span>
\n gevend. God werkt Zijn plan door Christus Jezus uit. Niets <\/span>
\n kan Hem tegenhouden. Het evangelie verspreiden en Gods<\/span>
\n woord bekendmaken, dat is strijd.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2018Kennelijk moet dat dan zo zijn.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

Uiteindelijk wel. Paulus zegt tegen Timothe\u00fcs, dat hij kwaad<\/span>
\n zou lijden met het evangelie in de kracht van God. Timothe\u00fcs <\/span>
\n is een voorbeeld voor ons. Hij kwam in dezelfde ervaringen als<\/span>
\n de apostel zelf, waarom? Omdat hij Paulus navolgde. En het <\/span>
\n evangelie van genade <\/em>sprak. Dan krijg je tegenstand, altijd.<\/span>
\n Omdat de religieuze wereld echt niet zit te wachten op een <\/span>
\n boodschap waar de zuivere genade van God<\/em> in klinkt.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2018Het evangelie is niet naar de mens.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

Het is dan ook het evangelie van God, het evangelie van genade,<\/span>
\n het evangelie van de genade van Christus. Christus Jezus is in de<\/span>
\n wereld gekomen om zondaren <\/em>te redden. En dat doet Hij ook.<\/span>
\n Wij kunnen onszelf niet redden, Hij redt. Wij maken geen keuze.<\/span>
\n Hij kiest. Uiteindelijk iedereen.
\n<\/span>
\n God is niet onmachtig, zodat Hij af moet wachten tot de mens<\/span>
\n voor Hem kiest. Welnee. God is <\/em>de Redder van<\/em> alle mensen. D\u00e1t <\/span>
\n is wat in 1 Timothe\u00fcs 4:9-11 staat. Daar kun je niets van afdoen.<\/span>
