We zijn blij met de bijbel, en dan in het<\/span>
\n bijzonder met de brieven van Paulus. <\/span>
\n Die zorgt altijd voor opschudding binnen<\/span>
\n het christendom. Deze maand 500 jaar<\/span>
\n Luther, om het zo te zeggen. Die zette <\/span>
\n enkele oude waarheden weer in het licht <\/span>
\n en het werd de reformatie.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2018Romeinenbrief.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

Die was wereldschokkend in die tijd. In <\/span>
\n de traditie (RK) was de bijbel een verbo-<\/span>
\n den boek geworden (stond op de Index,<\/span>
\n de lijst van verboden boeken van de RK <\/span>
\n kerk). Geloof alleen<\/em>? Genade alleen<\/em>? De<\/span>
\n Schrift alleen<\/em>? D\u00e1t kon niet!<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2018Paulus kwam naar voren.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

De genoemde drieslag was kenmerkend<\/span>
\n voor de reformatie. Romeinen spreekt <\/span>
\n daarvan. Efezi\u00ebrs gaat nog verder. Geen<\/span>
\n vervangingstheologie meer mogelijk. <\/span>
\n Die is op grond van Romeinen onhoud-<\/span>
\n baar. En Efezi\u00ebrs komt daar nog bij, met <\/span>
