De organisatie <\/em>van het lichaam van de <\/span>
\n Christus ligt volledig in handen van de<\/span>
\n Heer zelf, die het Hoofd is.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hij <\/em>geeft gaven<\/em> die vandaag de dag <\/span>
\n nog functioneren in het lichaam: e-<\/span>
\nvangelisten, herders, leraars, Efezi\u00ebrs <\/span>
\n 4:12 staat: tot aanpassing van de hei-
\nligen tot dienstwerk, tot opbouw van
\nhet lichaam van Christus.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2018En de plaatselijke gemeente?\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

Plaatselijke gemeentes hebben daar<\/span>
\n profijt van. Ze hebben te maken met <\/span>
\n het woord van God. De evangelist ver-<\/span>
\n telt het evangelie van rechtvaardiging, <\/span>
\ngenade en verzoening. De leraar geeft <\/span>
\nverdieping en onderricht tot opbouw<\/span>
\n en volwassen worden van de leden.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2018En de herder?\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

Zorgt dat de leden bij het juiste voed-<\/span>
\n sel kunnen komen, met veel persoon-<\/span>
\n lijke aandacht voor de gelovige. Voor <\/span>
\n\u2018dagelijkse dingen\u2019, en vooral de gees-<\/span>
\n telijke gang van zaken komen lokaal <\/span>
\noudsten <\/em>naar voren, volgens Paulus in <\/span>
\n 1 Timothe\u00fcs 3 en Titus 1. Dat is geen<\/em> <\/span>
\nwereldlijke bestuursstructuur, onder <\/span>
