Dan zie je de richting die men<br>gaat, zowel Paulus als de anderen. Het<br>punt van Petrus bij Cornelius is&nbsp;<em>niet<\/em>,&nbsp;<br>dat hij als eerste rechtstreeks naar de&nbsp;<br>heidenen gaat. Cornelius was een pro-<br>seliet, en als zodanig genaderd tot het <br>Jodendom. Eerste&nbsp;<em>zuivere niet-Isra\u00ebliet<\/em><br>die geloofde, was Sergius Paulus. Deze <br>kwam tot geloof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"color:#00a377\" class=\"has-text-color\">\u2018Dat is de echte doorbraak.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"color:#0046a3\" class=\"has-text-color\">In de bediening van Saulus, de naams-<br>wijziging lees je ook in Handelingen 13:<br>7-12. Opvallend wat daar plaatsvindt.<br>Elymas, de Joodse tovenaar\/magi\u00ebr, is<br>verblind. Sergius Paulus, zuivere onge-<br>lovige uit de nati\u00ebn (g\u00e9\u00e9n proseliet), is<br>het, die gelooft. Dit is de situatie van<br>Isra\u00ebl in de afgelopen 2000 jaar (gees-<br>telijk blind). En met name uit de nati-<br>\u00ebn kwamen mensen tot geloof.
