Niet klein en zwart, zo-<br>als de nederlandse geloofsbelijde-<br>nis (artikel 37) doet vermoeden.\u00a0<br>Degene Die op de troon zit, Jezus<br>Christus, is de Richter. Hij is Red-<br>der, dus zal iedereen na gericht\u00a0<br>weten dat men gered is. En dan\u00a0<br>volgt\u00a0<em>de tweede dood<\/em>. Het is erg<br>vreemd, dat velen menen, dat dit<br>een vorm van\u00a0<em>leven\u00a0<\/em>is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#00a377\">\u2018Het is de tweede dood.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#0046a3\">Men denkt dan tegengesteld aan<br>wat de Schrift leert.\u00a0<em>Leraren<\/em>,<em>\u00a0<\/em>vol-<br>gens de instructies die we bij Pau-<br>lus lezen, moeten <em>waarheid<\/em> ver-<br>kondigen. De Schriften onderzoe-<br>ken en naspreken.\u00a0<em>Dood\u00a0<\/em>is wat de<br>apostel Johannes noteert als men-<br>sen in de poel van vuur geworpen\u00a0<br>worden. Zij zijn\u00a0<em>dood\u00a0<\/em>in die poel;<br><em>zij leven niet<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#00a377\">\u2018Dat is z\u00f3 logisch.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#0046a3\">Toch wordt juist dit door velen\u00a0<br>categorisch ontkend. Net zoals\u00a0<br>deze boze eon eindigt in een dic-<br>tatuur; ook dat is door velen ont-<br>ontkend; oude profeten van Te-<br>nach (OT) gaven dat al wel aan.\u00a0<br>Openbaring nog sterker.
