onberispelijk wij geworden zijn 
voor jullie die geloven

God was getuige (vers 5), en de
Thessalonicenzen konden \u00f3\u00f3k ge-
tuigen. Hoe God Paulus gebruikte
en veranderd had. Van een woes-
te, onrechtvaardige die tot en met
tekeer ging tegen de gelovigen, in
een goedgunstig mens. Zo werkt
de genade van God door\/in hem;
het maakte hem tot rechtvaardige
(uit geloof). De apostel volgt het
voorbeeld van Christus Jezus in
liefde, om onberispelijk te zijn. Zo
kon hij volop het evangelie van de
