en uitgangspunt voor gezind-
heid. Dat is: innerlijke houding
of: geneigd zijn tot. Die neiging
wordt dan bepaald door vlees
of geest. Interesses van vlees
zijn anders dan datgene waar
de belangstelling van de geest
naar uitgaat. Het vlees is niet
in staat om aan Gods Thora te\u00a0
onderschikken. De geest richt
zich op wat van God is. Vlees
is op aarde, de mens, tijdelijk
genot gericht.
Wat blijft is waardevol,\u00a0is van
