Andere volkeren konden<br>rennen met grote inzet; toch<br>hing het niet af van presteren.<br>Of ze <em>wilden <\/em>had geen invloed<br>op Gods keuze. <em>Isra\u00ebl <\/em>was Gods<br>keuze, uit Zijn liefde. Onder het<br>oude verbond bleek regelmatig<br>dat zij <em>niet wilden<\/em>.
