woord van de waarheid recht 
snijdt

Timothe\u00fcs zou, net als Paulus,
veel inzet tonen om Zijn woord
juist door te geven. Werk in en
aan het woord van God is vaak
zware arbeid. Met veel ijver zet
men zich in, voor Gods woord.
Paulus en Timothe\u00fcs deden dat
om niet,<\/em> om genade ook gratis<\/em>
te brengen.
Velen echter, werken hard voor
materi\u00eble winst. Ten onrechte,
want men wil dan een letterlijk
groot kapitaal opbouwen. Dat
spreekt Christus\u2019 kruisdood en
opstanding tegen. Werkers in
het Woord zouden arbeiden
om dat zo goed mogelijk te
brengen, niet om er financieel
beter van te worden.
