Onze<br>oude lichaam is zwak, broos,<br>een aarde(werke)n vat, kruik.<br>Tegenspoed, tegenslag, het is<br>in het leven regelmatig aan de<br>orde. Wij zijn broos en zwak;<br>nochtans leven wij in en door<br><em>geloof<\/em>, vertrouwen.<br>Het vlees is stervend; het is<br>dat wat geen toekomst heeft.<br>Het wonderlijke is, dat Paulus<br>ondanks alles doorging, in de<br>verzoenende houding bleef<br>naar eenieder toe.
