Want ik vrees <\/strong>dat wellicht,
<\/sup>komend, ik jullie niet vind
zoals ik wil en ik gevonden
zou worden door jullie<\/em>
2 Korinthi\u00ebrs 12:20a<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paulus was bevreesd, het ging
hem vooral om een juiste en
oprechte relatie. Hij wilde op
goede wijze \u2018gevonden worden\u2019
door hen. De acceptatie als de
apostel van de nati\u00ebn en vooral
het evangelie dat hij bracht.
Bij hen zat allerlei \u2018ruis op de
lijn\u2019; dat moest verdwijnen, en
de tegenkrachten waren actief.
De zonden van de Korinthi\u00ebrs;
er was herstel, ja, maar toch
zat daar nog het nodige dat hij
benoemde als bezoedeling van
vlees en geest<\/em> (2Kor.7:1).
Wat hij aanwees: heiligheid
voltooien in de vrees van God<\/em>.
Het op God gericht l\u00e9ven; dat
is tot Zijn eer, in de praktijk.
Moge de vrucht van de geest
groeien en bloeien in ons leven!
