Daarom dan, degene die
afwijst, wijst niet een mens
af, maar God, die ook Zijn
heilige geest in jullie geeft.

Wij zijn heiligen omdat de
geest van God inwoont in\u00a0
ons. Wij zijn verzegeld met
heilige geest in Christus.
Die geest heiligt ons in de
praktijk door Gods woord.
Voor ons geldt in bijzonder
wat Paulus schrijft.
Wanneer wij die woorden,
die ook door heilige geest
ingegeven zijn, afwijzen,
wijzen wij zelfs God af<\/em>. Wij
zouden acht slaan ook op
wat Paulus in deze brief
over onze heiliging schrijft.
Navolging van de apostel
zoals hij Christus navolgt;
