Liefde brengt eenheid, allebei 13 en samen de getalswaarde van de naam Jahweh.\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 Ja, het bevestigt de waarheid, die uit de Schrift naar voren komt. Alles is uit God (Romeinen 11:36), die ene, ware God, die liefde is. Eerst was God er. Die is altijd geweest, dat kunnen wij ons maar moeilijk voorstellen. Je kunt zeggen, dat er in beginsel eenheid was. En als God gaat schep-pen, dan schept Hij uit zichzelf de hele schepping. Dus niet: iets uit niets, maar uit God! En, met die schepping is er tweeheid! God en de schepping. Dat is terug te vinden in de tweede letter van het Hebreeuwse alfabet, de letter Beth (huis). Want die heeft als waarde: 2. De eerste letter, de letter Aleph, is de letter van God, en heeft als waarde: 1. De tweeheid in de schepping blijkt in feite al uit de letter waarmee heel de Schrift begint: de Beth. Genesis 1:1 begint met \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcIn begin schiep God\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 Dat \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcin\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 is de letter Beth, en maakt al duidelijk, dat het gaat om de tweeheid. En zo Genesis 1 lezend, kom je dat steeds tegen. Hemelen en aarde, licht en duisternis, dag en nacht, wateren en wateren, wateren en land, paren van dieren, God en mens, Adam en Eva, en zo voorts. De schepping kenmerkt zich door de 2, de tweeheid. Trouwens, het tweede woord in de Schrift begint ook met een Beth: scheppen (Hebreeuws: Bara). En bij het derde woord lees je wie aan het werk is: God (Hebreeuws: Alueim of Elohim), en begint met de letter Aleph. En in het vervolg maakt God scheiding (Hebreeuws: Badal) tussen licht en duisternis (Genesis 1:4). Alles komt dus uit die ene, God, voort. En uiteindelijk komt alles weer bij Hem terug: \u00e2\u20ac\u02dc alles is tot Hem\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 (Romeinen 11:36)!
