Abraham lacht terwijl hij op zijn gezicht valt en in zijn hart<br \/>\nzegt dat aan een 100-jarige een zoon geboren geboren zal worden en een<br \/>\n90-jarige baren zal? Hij was wat onzeker en zegt:\u00c2\u00a0 O dat Isma\u00c3\u00abl voor Uw aan-<br \/>\ngezicht zal leven!\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 God bevestigt daarna opnieuw Zijn belofte en verandert<br \/>\nSara\u00c3\u00af\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s naam. Het is de letter hee, de 5<sup>e<\/sup> letter in het Hebreeuwse alfabet die<br \/>\nal eerder aan de naam van Abram werd toegevoegd. Het getal 5 is dat van de<br \/>\ngenade. Totaal 5 keer belooft God dat Sarah een zoon zal hebben, 3 keer aan<br \/>\nAbraham alleen en 2 keer aan allebei tegelijk.
